About me
I’m an engineer by qualification and by temperament, and I’ve always been drawn to how businesses are built, improved, and strengthened over time.
My experience comes from working in and building businesses across the manufacturing, automotive, wholesale, retail, and e-commerce sectors.
Over the past 14+ years, I’ve worked in sales, business development, and growth-focused roles, helping businesses expand into new markets, build strategic partnerships, and deliver sustainable growth.
Through that experience, I’ve developed a practical understanding of the opportunities, challenges, and decisions that business owners face at every stage of their journey.
Today, I work with owner-managed businesses to improve performance, increase business value, and create more strategic options for the future - whether that means accelerating growth, acquisitions, preparing for succession, or planning for an eventual exit.
My business ownership experience, combined with formal training in mergers and acquisitions, valuation, and financial analysis, shapes how I work: helping owners make better decisions through a combination of commercial insight, financial understanding, and practical experience.
That background also provides a valuable perspective for owners thinking about succession, transition, or simply creating more options for the future.
